| Bellator MMA fighters Paul Daley and Fernando Gonzalez will be trading their MMA gloves for kickboxing mitts at next month combined GLORY and Bellator MMA show.The pair will face each other in the welterweight division and Bellator MMA President Scott Coker wouldn’t mind seeing the winner take on current welterweight champ Nieky Holzken. “Daley and Gonzalez are two incredible strikers in our welterweight division, and we’re looking forward to seeing them lay it on the line with Glory gloves on their hands,” he said in a release.“It would be great to see the winner of this fight take on Glory’s welterweight champ Nieky Holzken in the future.”Daley has an impressive kickboxing background with a 20-3 record, last competing in the disciple in October of 2014. Gonzalez doesn’t have quiet the same kickboxing pedigree, but was once the WBC National Muay Thai Cruiserweight champion. |
